China Resources Land Limited (01109) reported a cumulative total contract sales of approximately 110.3 billion yuan in the first six months, a decrease of 11.6% year-on-year.

The Zhitong Finance APP reported that China Resources Land (01109) announced that in June 2025, the group achieved a total contract sales amount of approximately RMB 23.45 billion and a total contract sales area of approximately 897,000 square meters, representing a year-on-year decrease of 26.7% and 27.1% respectively. The cumulative contract sales amount for the first half of 2025 was approximately RMB 110.3 billion, with a total contract sales area of approximately 4.119 million square meters, representing a year-on-year decrease of 11.6% and 21.0% respectively.
