The Hang Seng Index in Hong Kong closed up 1.6%, and the Hang Seng Technology Index rose 2.8%. Kingsoft Cloud rose more than 16%, Meitu Real Estate rose more than 14%, Bilibili rose more than 7%, Alibaba rose more than 6%, and Meituan and China Merchants Securities rose more than 4%.
