The Israeli military claims to have intercepted a drone launched from Yemen in southern Israel.

The Israeli Defense Forces stated on the 15th local time that a drone launched from Yemen towards Israel was successfully intercepted by the air defense system near the coastal area of the southern city of Eilat in Israel. The Israeli military said that according to relevant regulations, no warning alarms were sounded in nearby towns. As of now, there has been no response from Yemen.
