Starting tomorrow, applications for the Macao 2025 annual parenting allowance will be accepted.

To encourage childbirth and assist families in raising infants and young children to reduce some economic burden, the Macao SAR Government has introduced a temporary "Child Rearing Allowance Scheme", which will start accepting applications on July 16, 2025. The allowance amount is 18,000 Macao Patacas per year. Eligible Macao residents can submit their applications through the "One-stop" mobile application or visit the Social Welfare Bureau during office hours.
