Its business scope includes sales of electronic special materials, research and development of new materials technology, and promotion services of new materials technology. According to Qi Cha Cha's equity penetration display, the company is jointly held by Welling Technology and TCL Technology's wholly-owned subsidiary Xiamen TCL Technology Industry Investment Co., Ltd.
