Hainan Airlines issued a statement on July 15, stating that recently it has discovered some online platforms and offline locations where merchants and individuals are unauthorized, using the company's trademarks or company names without authorization, pretending to be company employees or affiliates, and engaging in illegal sales activities. The products being sold include flight attendant uniforms, airplane models, onboard supplies, peripheral cultural and creative products, and other categories. Furthermore, some individuals are suspected of wearing flight attendant uniforms that are protected by the company's patents, earning traffic and making illegal profits on live streaming platforms, seriously disrupting the normal market order. Official products and services of the company are only released and sold through the official Hainan Airlines website, official app, direct sales channels authorized by the company, and designated partners. The company maintains a zero-tolerance attitude towards any illegal or irregular behavior that harms consumer rights or damages the brand's reputation, and will firmly resist it. Once such infringements are discovered, the company will immediately pursue legal measures to hold the infringers accountable civilly or even criminally, and will take decisive actions to combat it.
