National Bureau of Statistics: National real estate development investment in the first half of the year totaled 4.6658 trillion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 11.2%.

According to the China Securities APP, on July 15th, the National Bureau of Statistics reported that from January to June, the national real estate development investment was 4.6658 trillion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 11.2% (calculated on a comparable caliber); of which, residential investment was 3.577 trillion yuan, a decrease of 10.4%. From January to June, the sales area of newly-built commercial housing was 458.51 million square meters, a year-on-year decrease of 3.5%; of which, the sales area of residential housing decreased by 3.7%. The sales revenue of newly-built commercial housing was 4.4241 trillion yuan, a decrease of 5.5%; of which, the sales revenue of residential housing decreased by 5.2%.
