Rubusta coffee bean futures rose by 8.7%, while cocoa in New York rose by more than 1.2%.
On Monday in the New York market, ICE raw sugar futures fell by 1.57%, while ICE white sugar futures dropped by 1.96%. ICE coffee "C" futures rose by 5.43%, while Robusta coffee futures surged by 8.71%. Data from Somar Meteorologia shows that the largest Arabica coffee bean producing region in Brazil had zero rainfall for the week, which is below normal levels. New York cocoa futures increased by 1.22%, reaching $8277 per ton. On the daily chart, the price has been fluctuating downwards since reaching $10677 on May 20. Meanwhile, London cocoa futures rose by 0.73% and ICE cotton futures increased by 1.02%.
