Hua Kong Saige announced that the net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company from January 1 to June 30, 2025 is expected to be a loss of 77-90 million yuan, a decrease of 38.52%-61.91% compared to the same period last year. The basic earnings per share is expected to be a loss of 0.0765-0.0894 yuan per share, compared to a loss of 0.0552 yuan per share in the same period last year. The performance change is mainly due to the dispute arising from the "Investment Contract for the Seven Taihe Lithium-ion Battery Cathode Material Project" signed between a subsidiary and the People's Government of Xinxing District, Qitaihe City, Heilongjiang Province, with the company confirming an estimated liability of 50 million yuan.
