Today, the Changsha Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau and 12 other departments jointly issued the "Notice on Further Optimizing Measures for Real Estate Development". The notice encourages the "old-for-new" policy in the housing sector, where local families or individuals sell their own properties and purchase new commercial housing in the city within one year. Those who complete the online contract registration will receive a subsidy of 1% of the total transaction price of the new house, with a maximum subsidy of 30,000 yuan per unit.
