People's Bank of China: At the end of June, the broad money supply (M2) was 33.29 trillion yuan, an increase of 8.3% year-on-year. The narrow money supply (M1) was 11.395 trillion yuan, an increase of 4.6% year-on-year. The currency in circulation was 1.318 trillion yuan, an increase of 12% year-on-year. A net cash injection of 363.3 billion yuan was made in the first half of the year.
