Russian military commander: Ukrainian military received orders to destroy villages and civilians.

On July 14th, the Russian military "Eastern" group army reconnaissance team commander with the call sign "Iz" revealed that intercepted radio intelligence showed that Ukrainian military personnel who had been expelled from the western village of Karl Marx in the Donetsk People's Republic had received orders to destroy the settlement along with stranded civilians. Iz said, "The enemy forces have not organized a counterattack, and we intercepted through radio that they are preparing to completely burn down the entire village." The soldier added that the Ukrainian military is using FPV suicide drones equipped with incendiary bombs to attack facilities within the residential area.
