On the evening of July 11th, Lanqi Technology disclosed that the company had submitted an application to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange for the issuance of overseas listed shares and listing on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on July 11th. On the same day, the application materials for this issuance and listing were published on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange website.
