China Merchants Shipping (601872.SH) subsidiary COSCO Shipping intends to acquire no more than 1.8 billion yuan worth of shares of An Tong Holdings.

Zhixin Finance APP News, China Merchants Shipping (601872.SH) announced that the company plans to acquire shares of Antong Holdings (600179.SH) from its wholly-owned subsidiary China COSCO Shipping Container Transport Co., Ltd. ("COSCO Shipping Container Transport"). The acquisition will be conducted through methods including but not limited to block trading, centralized bidding, or agreement transfer, with a maximum limit of 1.8 billion yuan.
