Stock market anomaly: NIO (NIO.US) rises more than 6%, deliveries of the NIO L90 will start on August 1st.

According to the Wisdom Financial APP, on Friday, NIO.US rose more than 6%, closing at 3.93 US dollars. On the news front, the NIO L90 officially started pre-sales on July 10, with the starting price of 279,900 yuan for the whole vehicle purchase and 193,900 yuan for battery rental purchase. It will be officially launched at the end of July and delivery will begin on August 1. NIO is currently at a critical turning point, with plans to target 25,000 monthly sales in the fourth quarter through new products such as the L90 and L80 (expected to be delivered in the fourth quarter), in order to achieve the annual goal of doubling sales to 440,000 vehicles by 2025. Compared to the high-end positioning of the third-generation ES8 and the later-launched L80, the L90 is considered a key model for NIO to turn the situation around due to its more affordable price and earlier launch time.
