Guangfa Bank: Never appointed or authorized Guangzhou Huayi Holdings Co., Ltd. or others to sell or trade the bank's equity.

Guangfa Bank issued a statement, recently, Guangfa Bank has noticed that a company named Chengdu Branch of Guangzhou Huayi Holdings Co., Ltd., and Shanghai Equity Custody and Trading Center member unit of Guangzhou Huayi Holdings Co., Ltd. have been selling or trading our bank's equity in their name, misleading the general investors. In response to this, we hereby solemnly declare the following: we have no relationship with the Chengdu Branch of Guangzhou Huayi Holdings Co., Ltd., Guangzhou Huayi Holdings Co., Ltd., or any of their affiliated companies and personnel, and have never authorized or commissioned the aforementioned organizations or individuals to sell or trade our bank's equity. The operations and activities of the aforementioned organizations or individuals are not related to our bank in any way, and we do not take any responsibility for them. We have filed a case with the public security authorities, and urge any organizations and individuals who falsely use our bank's name for promotional and marketing activities to cease all illegal actions immediately. Any reputational or economic losses caused to our bank as a result of this will be seriously pursued through legal means.
