Ford (F.US) is advancing the restructuring of its European business, starting voluntary layoffs at its electric car factory in Germany.

According to the Zh tng cijng APP, Ford Motor Company (F.US) and German employee representatives announced on Friday that Ford has agreed to implement an employment protection plan covering over 10,000 employees at its Cologne factory. This plan allows the company to carry out voluntary layoffs to address poor sales of electric vehicles.
