Oriental Securities: Controlling Shareholder Intends to Reduce Holdings of Company's Shares by a Total of Not More than 3%

Dongfang Guoxin announcement, controlling shareholders Guan Lianping and Huo Weiping plan to reduce their total holdings of company shares by no more than 34.1624 million shares, or 3% of the total share capital, through centralized bidding and block trading from August 4, 2025 to October 31, 2025. Among them, the total reduction through centralized bidding does not exceed 11.3875 million shares, or 1% of the total share capital; the total reduction through block trading does not exceed 22.7749 million shares, or 2% of the total share capital.
