According to the Wise Finance APP, on July 11, the China Securities Regulatory Commission announced the requirements for supplemental materials for overseas issuance and listing filing (July 4, 2025 - July 10, 2025). The CSRC requires Kuaile Technology to strictly comply with Article 8 of the "Trial Measures for the Issuance of Securities and Listing by Domestic Enterprises Overseas", and explain whether there are any circumstances prohibiting overseas issuance and listing, and ask lawyers to verify and provide clear legal opinions. According to the disclosure by Hong Kong Stock Exchange on May 19, Kuaile Technology submitted an application for listing to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, with CICC as the exclusive sponsor.
