The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology has released the key points for the integration of informatization and industrialization by 2025, which include 17 items in five aspects. Among them, it is mentioned that there needs to be a focus on strengthening the cultivation of technical and skilled talents. This will involve continuously promoting the construction of national practice bases for outstanding engineers, creating a brand for educating outstanding engineers in industry and information technology, and promoting the matching of supply and demand for digital talents. There will also be research conducted on the predicted talent demand in the integration of informatization and industrialization, gradually expanding the team of high-level talents through the National Overseas High-Level Talent Introduction Plan, the Manufacturing Industry Talent Support Plan, etc. Additionally, national industrial and information technology skills competitions will be held, with a focus on setting up events related to the digital transformation of the manufacturing industry to cultivate and discover a group of technical and skilled talents.
