Qihe New Materials announced that the company, Guangdong Yueke Risk Investment Management Co., Ltd., Guangdong Province Emerging Industry Investment Fund Partnership Enterprise, and Kaiping Guocheng Transportation Construction Investment Co., Ltd. jointly invested to establish the Guangdong Yueke Kaiping High-Quality Development Fund Partnership Enterprise. The total subscribed capital of the partnership enterprise is 500 million yuan, with Qihe New Materials intending to contribute 25 million yuan from its own funds, Yueke Venture Capital intending to contribute 1 million yuan, Yueke Emerging Industry Fund intending to contribute 174 million yuan, and Guocheng Transportation intending to contribute 300 million yuan. The partnership enterprise will focus on investing in high-end equipment manufacturing, biopharmaceuticals, new materials, new generation information technology, and other related projects in key industries in Kaiping City.
