President Xi Jinping of the People's Republic of China, in accordance with the decision of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress, has appointed and dismissed the following ambassadors: 1. Dismissed Wang Hejun from the position of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People's Republic of China to the Republic of Mozambique; appointed Zheng Xuan as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People's Republic of China to the Republic of Mozambique. 2. Dismissed Wang Xuekun from the position of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People's Republic of China to the Republic of Rwanda; appointed Gao Wenqi as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People's Republic of China to the Republic of Rwanda. 3. Dismissed Chao Weidong from the position of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People's Republic of China to the Republic of Togo; appointed Wang Min as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People's Republic of China to the Republic of Togo. 4. Dismissed Hu Changchun from the position of Chief of Mission and Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People's Republic of China to the African Union; appointed Jiang Feng as Chief of Mission and Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People's Republic of China to the African Union. 5. Appointed An Qing as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People's Republic of China to the Republic of Congo. 6. Dismissed Zhang Run from the position of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People's Republic of China to the United Mexican States; appointed Chen Daojiang as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People's Republic of China to the United Mexican States. 7. Dismissed Qian Minjian from the position of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People's Republic of China to the Republic of Lebanon; appointed Chen Chuandong as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People's Republic of China to the Republic of Lebanon. 8.
