According to the Enterprise Check APP, Softbank Zhisuan Technology Co., Ltd. was recently established with Liu Yi as the legal representative, registered capital of 30 million RMB, and business scope including computer system services, software development, etc. Equity penetration information on Enterprise Check shows that the company is wholly owned by Softbank Zhisuan Technology Group Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Softbank Power.
