The Shandong Meteorological Observatory today released a report on the current high temperature situation and the trend forecast for the next ten days. Influenced by the subtropical high pressure system, Shandong has been experiencing high temperatures since July 3, with high temperatures and high humidity, making it feel very hot and humid. The period from the 3rd to the 6th is expected to see the most intense development of high temperatures, with inland areas reaching highs of 36-39C, locally exceeding 40C, and the highest temperature recorded at 43.9C in Tai'an on the 6th. The 5th will see the widest range of high temperatures, with ten national meteorological observation stations in areas such as Weifang, Qingdao, and Yantai all breaking historical high temperature records for July. It is predicted that in the next ten days, Shandong will continue to experience high temperatures and little rainfall, influenced by the subtropical high pressure and continental warm high pressure systems.
