Transnational giant withdraws again! Unilever (UL.US) divests its ice cream business in Venezuela.

According to the Securities Times Finance app, Unilever (UL.US) recently sold its ice cream business in Venezuela to Colombian automotive company Mack de Colombia CA. The transaction officially took effect on July 3. The sale involves the Tio Rico ice cream brand, as well as related office locations and factories, with specific financial details yet to be disclosed.
