Disclose transactions totaling over 57 billion yuan, significant increase in mergers and acquisitions and restructurings of Shenzhen-listed companies.

According to the Shenzhen Securities Regulatory Bureau, since the release of the "six mergers and acquisitions policies" on September 24 last year, as of June 30 this year, Shenzhen listed companies have disclosed 263 mergers and acquisitions restructurings. Among them, there were 246 domestic mergers and 17 cross-border mergers; 9 major asset restructurings, 254 non-major asset restructurings; 196 disclosed transaction amounts, totaling over 57 billion yuan, and the activity of mergers and acquisitions restructurings has significantly increased. It is reported that there are more than 500 domestic and foreign listed companies in Shenzhen, with the management scale of private equity funds and venture capital funds exceeding 1.5 trillion yuan. The scale of venture capital funds accounts for 10.6% of the country, and the activity of mergers and acquisitions funds ranks among the top in the country.
