The Baijia Development Company in Northern Myanmar has developed and constructed 41 telecommunication fraud parks, involving more than 31,000 fraud cases.

Since 2015, the White family-led criminal group in northern Myanmar's Kokang region has been developing and constructing 41 large-scale gambling and fraud parks such as Cangsheng Technology Park, Baisheng Building, Tenglong, Xin Baili, Wangzhe Honglou, and Baihe Mansion in order to profit illegally. They have attracted a large number of criminal gangs involved in gambling and fraud to settle in, and continuously recruited and deceived domestic individuals to participate in illegal gambling activities abroad. Recently, the White family's criminal group case has been prosecuted. After investigation, it was found that the White family-led criminal group in northern Myanmar's Kokang region, with Bai Suocheng and Bai Yingcang as the main ringleaders, is suspected of fraud, intentional homicide, intentional injury, kidnapping, extortion, running gambling establishments, organizing others to cross the border illegally, organizing, forcing prostitution, as well as trafficking and manufacturing drugs, resulting in the deaths of 6 Chinese citizens, over 31,000 fraud cases, involving over 10.6 billion yuan in fraudulent funds, over 18 billion yuan in gambling funds, and approximately 11 tons of drugs produced and trafficked.
