On the morning of July 11, Australian Prime Minister Albanese held a press conference in Sydney, saying that he is "looking forward to meeting with Chinese leaders and visiting Shanghai, Beijing, and Chengdu." Albanese will visit China from July 12 to July 18, with delegation members including executives from Rio Tinto, BHP, Macquarie Bank, and other companies. Albanese emphasized that one in every four jobs in Australia relies on the trade sector, and nearly 25% of Australia's exports go to China. He said, "Maintaining a good relationship with China means safeguarding jobs in Australia."
