US stocks reach new highs again! The S&P and Dow Jones both hit record highs, with signs of market rotation amidst the shadow of tariffs.

According to the Wise Finance APP, the US stock market closed at a new historical high on Thursday, with major stock indices showing a divergent trend under the influence of tariff news and corporate earnings expectations. The S&P 500 index rose by 0.27%, with 9 of the 11 sectors posting gains, particularly in non-essential consumer goods and energy stocks, with over 350 component stocks closing in the red. The Dow Jones Industrial Average rose by 0.43%, just one step away from the historical high reached in December last year, while the Nasdaq 100 index fell by 0.16%.
