The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology opened the "Complaint Platform for National Default and Arrears of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises" on July 9, launching the "Online Problem Reporting Window for Key Car Enterprises to Implement Payment Term Commitments". It mainly handles issues such as key car enterprises failing to fulfill the 60-day payment period commitment, unreasonable starting time for payment terms, and payment methods. In June this year, 17 key automobile enterprises such as FAW, Dongfeng Motors, GAC Group, and Saic-Iveco made a public commitment to "supplier payment terms not exceeding 60 days", with positive social feedback. How to further implement and fulfill the relevant commitments has attracted much attention from society. According to a survey of some automotive parts companies, there are still difficulties in implementing the "payment terms not exceeding 60 days", and car companies are facing cash flow pressures.
