Florence prohibits ferries from entering the central district without authorization.
Italian newspaper "Florence News" reported on the 9th that in order to alleviate the traffic congestion in the city center, Florence announced the prohibition of small shuttle buses and other vehicles from entering the historic city center area without permission. The banned small shuttle buses are open slow-moving vehicles with a capacity of about 8 to 10 passengers. Previously, these vehicles often carried a large number of passengers into the historical and cultural areas of Florence city center. They not only move slowly and drive irregularly, but passengers also often take photos in the middle of the road, becoming the main cause of congestion in the city center.
