As of July 9th, a total of 197 funds have ended their fundraising early this year, with equity funds accounting for a large proportion. In addition, in the first half of this year, newly established funds issued a total of 5303.47 billion shares, with equity funds accounting for 35.46%. Compared with the same period last year, the issuance of newly established equity funds has increased by 1216.18 billion shares. Behind the significant resurgence in the issuance of equity funds, there are signs of accelerated capital inflow into the A-share market. A survey by China Securities Journal reporters found that whether it is newly established funds this year, funds that have ended their fundraising early, or funds that have started issuing since July, equity products have taken on a major role, contrasting sharply with fixed-income products that were dominant last year.
