Rising Precision: has paid the equity transaction funds to Leoni AG and its subsidiaries.

Leoni Precision announced that on July 10, 2025, the company fully paid the transaction amount for 100% equity of Leoni K to Leoni AG through a Singapore aggregation, and also fully paid the transaction amount for 50.1% equity of Leoni AG to L2-Beteiligungs through Singapore Lixun. The ownership change of the equity has been completed or received the corresponding share transfer proof. The delivery scope of this transaction includes all proposed delivery targets under the SPA agreement after excluding the relevant entities in India, and the relevant delivery work has been completed in accordance with the agreement.
