Zhewen Bank: Lu Jianqiang resigns as chairman of the company due to age limit.

Zhejiang Merchants Bank announced today that the Board of Directors has recently received a resignation report from Lu Jianqiang. Lu Jianqiang has resigned from the positions of Chairman of the Board of Directors, Executive Director, Chairman of the Board's Strategic and Sustainable Development Committee, and H-share authorized representative due to reaching retirement age. After unanimous agreement from all directors, Executive Director and President Chen Haiqiang will act on behalf of the Chairman, Chairman of the Board's Strategic and Sustainable Development Committee, and legal representative until a new Chairman is elected and approved by the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission.
