Wanma Technology announced that the company's controlling shareholder and actual controller Zhang Desheng and Li Xunhong have signed a "Termination Agreement" to terminate the agreement to transfer part of the company's shares. Zhang Desheng originally intended to transfer to Li Xunhong 6.7 million shares of the company, accounting for 5.00% of the total share capital of the company, at a transfer price of 28.56 yuan per share, with a total price of 191 million yuan.
