Jiangfeng Electronic announcement, plans to raise no more than 1.948 billion yuan through private placement, for the industrialization projects of producing 5,100 static suction cups for integrated circuit equipment per year, the industrialization projects of producing 12,300 ultra-high-purity metal sputtering targets for ultra-large-scale integrated circuits per year, the establishment of Shanghai Jiangfeng Electronic Research and Development and Technology Service Center, and for supplementing working capital and repaying loans.
