Jifeng Technology: Intends to acquire 5.2913% equity of Juliy Industry with 7.1625 million yuan.

Jifeng Technology announces that the company plans to acquire 5.2913% of the equity of its holding subsidiary Joli Industry from 9 minority shareholders including Lai Kunming and Liu Hao with its own funds of 7.1625 million yuan. After the transaction is completed, the company will hold 100% of the equity of Joli Industry.
