According to the Tianyancha App, on July 7, China Oriental Electric Group Co., Ltd. underwent a change in its business registration, with Yu Peigen stepping down as the legal representative and chairman, and being replaced by Luo Qianyi. At the same time, several key personnel also underwent changes. The company was established in November 1984, with a registered capital of approximately 5.047 billion RMB. Its business scope includes import and export business, general contracting and subcontracting of water, fire, and nuclear power plant projects, complete technical development and consulting for power plant equipment, and manufacturing and sales of complete equipment.
