It is reported that the State-owned Enterprise Procurement Evaluation Expert Sharing Platform adheres to a non-profit positioning and is free for enterprises to use. The China Federation of Logistics and Purchasing, as the "operating hub," is responsible for platform construction, operation, and security. Central SOEs participating in the construction will be responsible for expert recommendations, information updates, and compliant use. The relevant person in charge of the China Federation of Logistics and Purchasing stated that the launch of this platform will significantly improve the quality, efficiency, and compliance level of state-owned enterprise procurement evaluation by breaking down expert resource barriers, promoting high-level talent efficient flow, and standardizing evaluation criteria.
