Recently, the People's Bank of China issued a public announcement on the renewal of the "Payment Business License" for non-bank payment institutions. It is worth noting that this is the first renewal announcement after the implementation of the "Regulations on the Supervision and Management of Non-bank Payment Institutions". The announcement table shows that 13 institutions, including Douyin Payment Technology Co., Ltd., Beijing Lifeontop Payment Technology Co., Ltd., and Hua Ban Payment (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd., have successfully renewed their payment licenses, and the validity period of the licenses has been changed to long-term.
