Institution: NVIDIA is facing dual threats from multiple tech giants developing their own chips and quantum computing.

Chief Investment Officer Michael Ashley Schulman of the capital advisory company Running Point Capital stated that investors need to be cautious of the risks associated with Amazon, Microsoft, and Meta Platforms developing their own chips. These tech giants may bypass Nvidia and significantly reduce their reliance on its chips. This is a real competitive threat. In addition, there is also a disruptive risk from quantum computing. Nvidia claims that it will take 10 to 15 years for quantum computing to mature, but this is only because they have not yet positioned themselves in the quantum chip market. Other industry experts believe that quantum computing may achieve breakthroughs within 5 to 7 years, with performance potentially surpassing Nvidia's existing technology effortlessly.
