Jinshi Resources announced that the company has received the "Civil Ruling" served by the Intermediate People's Court of Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province. The plaintiffs, Guangzhou Tianci High-tech Materials Co., Ltd. and Jiujiang Tianci High-tech Materials Co., Ltd., applied for withdrawal of the lawsuit, and the court approved it according to law. The amount involved in the case is RMB 90 million, which the plaintiffs sought to award to the three defendants for jointly compensating the plaintiffs' economic losses of RMB 90 million and the appraisal fees, investigation fees, and legal fees of RMB 802,000 paid by the plaintiffs for safeguarding their rights. The court has ruled to allow the plaintiffs to withdraw the lawsuit, so this litigation case does not affect the company's current and future profits.
