The State Administration for Market Regulation held a symposium on fair competition among enterprises.

On July 9, the State Administration for Market Regulation held the 4th Fair Competition Symposium of 2025 with the theme of "maintaining a fair competition market order and promoting the high-quality development of private economy". Representatives from 8 companies including Goldwind Technology, TELD, Great Wall Motors, Du Xiaoman, Vipshop, NetEase, SF Express, and Neusoft spoke at the meeting and put forward their opinions and suggestions on strengthening fair competition governance. Meng Yang, member of the Party Group and Deputy Director of the Administration, attended the meeting and delivered a speech. Meng Yang introduced the recent policies and measures taken by the Administration, as well as the work related to addressing prominent issues affecting the fair competition of private enterprises. He pointed out that the Administration will resolutely implement the decisions and arrangements of the Party Central Committee and the State Council, strengthen fair competition review, enhance anti-monopoly law enforcement, improve investment and merger review efficiency, and create a good market environment and broader space for the development of private enterprises.
