Jiang Bo Long announced that the company's shareholder, National Integrated Circuit Industry Investment Fund Co., Ltd., has reduced its stake to below 5%, with a holding percentage of 4.99998%. Following this equity change, the National Integrated Circuit Industry Fund is no longer a shareholder holding more than 5% of the company. The reduction period was from June 19, 2025, to July 9, during which a total of 3,259,634 shares were sold through centralized competitive trading, accounting for 0.77769% of the total share capital of the company.
