Alphabet's Waymo breaks into the teenage market in Phoenix with the launch of full autonomous driving services.

According to the financial news app Tencent, Waymo, the self-driving taxi division of Alphabet Inc. (GOOGL.US), has now opened accounts for teenagers aged 14 to 17, allowing them to reserve self-driving taxi services in the Phoenix metropolitan area of Arizona.
