Alibaba-W (09988.HK) has completed a private placement of zero-coupon convertible bonds with a total principal amount of 12.023 billion Hong Kong dollars.

Zhtngcijng APP news, Alibaba-W (09988.HK) announced that the company has completed a private placement of principal amounting to HK$12.023 billion, with zero coupon convertible bonds due in 2032. The bonds will be sold offshore to several non-US persons outside the United States in accordance with Regulation S under the U.S. Securities Act of 1933 and its amendments.
