Zhijing Financial APP News, ST Kelly (300326.SZ) announced that the company's shareholders holding more than 5% of the company's total shares, Shanghai Kaicheng Juntai Investment Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Kaicheng Juntai"), Ms. Li Hong, Mr. Liu Shuangquan, and Ms. Wei Yongmei plan to increase their holdings of the company's stock through methods allowed by laws and regulations such as centralized bidding trading and block trading starting from July 11, 2025, for a period of 6 months. The planned increase in the company's shares will not be less than 14.339 million shares.
