(000973.SZ) announced that, based on strategic development plans and actual operational situation, in order to further focus resources on core business areas, enhance the company's profitability and competitiveness, and promote high-quality development, it plans to publicly list its wholly-owned subsidiary Foshan Sanshui Changfeng Plastics Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Sanshui Changfeng") through the Property Rights Trading Center in a transfer of 100% equity. The initial listing price for this transaction is set at 180 million yuan, based on the assessment value of 100% equity of Sanshui Changfeng and considering factors such as asset market value.
