The contract is a routine operating contract and does not require approval by the company's Board of Directors or Shareholders' Meeting. The contract is for the purchase of a mobile power comprehensive system, with a supply period of 3 years and a total contract equipment price including tax of 195 million yuan. The total demand for the project is 30 sets, to be delivered in batches, with a performance guarantee deposit amount of 3 million yuan. It is expected that the performance of the contract will have a positive impact on the company's operating performance for the current year and future years.
