Intelligence Financial APP News, Blue Dyke Technology (002765.SZ) announced that the company's actual controllers Mr. Zhu Tangfu, Ms. Xiong Min, Mr. Zhu Junhan and Anhui Jiangdong Industrial Investment Group Co., Ltd. have signed the "Agreement on the Transferor Zhu Tangfu and the Transferee Anhui Jiangdong Industrial Investment Group Co., Ltd. and Guarantors Xiong Min, Zhu Junhan's Share Transfer Agreement" and the "Voting Rights Waiver Agreement". Mr. Zhu Tangfu intends to transfer 1.17 billion shares of the company, accounting for 18% of the total share capital, to Anhui Jiangdong Industrial Investment Group Co., Ltd. The transfer price of the shares is 11.48 yuan/share, and the total transfer price is RMB 1.348 billion.
